We aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery policy.
1. Processing time (dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery time
After processing, the average delivery time is 1 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping method and origin
To reduce waste and cut CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. As a result, depending on the country of delivery, customs charges may apply. Our shipping partners are: Royal Mail.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on the weight, destination and chosen delivery method.
5. Tracking — customer’s responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
The customer must check whether the parcel is being delivered to their home or to a collection point, and collect it from there if necessary.
Is delivery taking longer than expected or is there a problem? Please always send an email to info@felicitylondon.com first, rather than immediately requesting a chargeback or refund.
6. Liability for delivery
If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered, liability lies with the customer.
